State Representative Jeff Keicher enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones at the Voluntary Action Center of DeKalb County’s Senior Luncheon held at St. Mary’s Memorial Hall in Sycamore on Wednesday. Representative Keicher is committed to volunteerism as a way of giving back to the community and serving those in need.
