State Rep. Jeff Keicher, R-Sycamore, and State Rep. Tom Demmer, R-Dixon, hosted a seminar for nonprofit organizations, school districts and local governments on how to become certified to apply for grants under the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) on Tuesday. The seminar was held at the DeKalb Public Library.
