State Rep. Jeff Keicher, R-Sycamore, gives each of his colleagues a lapel pin displaying both the United States and Ukrainian flags to be worn in solidarity with the people of Ukraine. Rep. Keicher asked the Illinois House of Representatives to observe a moment of silence in memory of all the souls that have been lost in Ukraine during the ongoing Russian military invasion and barbaric assault upon the civilian population.
