Speaking to WCIA, Rep. Jeff Keicher discusses his legislation (HB 4431), which recently advanced through the committee process for consideration by the full Illinois House, to end the onerous driving test requirement for senior citizen drivers and instead focus on driver history to determine when drivers of any age need to retake a driving test to renew their driver’s license.
